hi friends! it’s good to be posting again – last weekend was soooo crazy with preparing for the last week of classes that i didn’t have time to post a recipe.
ok, so i know i’ve been complaining a lot about chard and all the greens we’ve been getting in our csa box, but we have another csa box problem: pears.
as i’m sure most of you have noticed by now, we rarely make dishes that take longer than 30 mins to make, except for special occasions.
i know you’ve all heard me talk about our csa box and how awesome it is – but really it IS wonderful! i love getting fresh veggies delivered to our house every other week, and it’s fun to try new produce.
i know this post is a little late – the super bowl has been over for a few hours now, and i bet a lot of you already ate chili today.
